Who is responsible

The data controller is Héctor Varela, a natural person, founder of LandoStack. Any question about this policy is answered at hola@landostack.com.

What data is collected

Only what you write in the contact form:

• Your name.
• Your email address.
• Your company name, if you choose to add it. That field is optional.
• The message you write.

There is no sign-up, no accounts and no profiles. The site does not set cookies of its own either.

If you prefer to write to me on WhatsApp from the links on this site, that conversation happens inside WhatsApp and is governed by that app's terms. What reaches me is your number and whatever you choose to tell me there.

What it is used for

To answer your business enquiry and, if we move forward, to organise the work with you. Nothing else. No newsletters or promotions are sent, and the data is not used for advertising.

Who it is shared with

With nobody. The data is not sold or handed over to third parties.

The only exception is technical: the form is sent through Formspree, a US-based service that receives the message and forwards it to my inbox. Formspree acts as a processor on my behalf and for that purpose only. Submitting the form means your message passes through their servers in the United States.

Analytics without cookies

Visits are measured with Plausible Analytics, which uses no cookies, does not track people across sites and does not identify anyone individually. It only reports aggregate numbers: how many visits, from which country and which pages were viewed. That is why this site has no cookie banner: there are no cookies to accept.

Your rights

You can ask me for access to the data I hold about you, for it to be corrected if it is wrong, or for it to be deleted. To do so, write to hola@landostack.com, preferably from the same address you used to contact me, so I can identify your message.

In Chile, the processing of personal data is governed by Law 19.628 on the protection of private life. If you write from the European Union, the rights granted to you by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also apply.
