sales funnel

Your business is already a six-stage funnel. The brake lives in just one.

From the workshop to e-commerce, every business moves its customers through the same six stages. Growth doesn't stall everywhere: it stalls at one stage, and that one sets the ceiling for the rest. The diagnostic pinpoints which one, with data. Only then do we build.

stage 01 / 06

Marketing

do they know you?

“When people search for what I sell, the first result is never mine.”

what I build here
  • Keyword research and on-pageResearch with Semrush and tuning of titles, meta and content hierarchy, page by page.
  • Local SEOYour Google Business Profile and your presence on Maps, worked so people find you in your area.
stage 02 / 06

Sales

do you turn that interest into a conversation?

“Messages come in from everywhere and some get answered two days later.”

example · the bottleneck is here
what I build here
  • Unified inboxWhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and email in a single thread per customer. Nothing lives on one person's phone.
  • First-response chatbotReplies instantly and at any hour, before the interest cools off.
  • Follow-up remindersThe system flags when a lead has gone too long without a reply.
stage 03 / 06

Closing

do you turn the conversation into a sale?

“They chat with me, ask for a price and don't come back.”

what I build here
  • Conversion pipelineEach lead moves through measurable stages until it closes. It's not an address book: it's a sales tool.
  • Automatic quotesThe proposal is generated and sent from the same system, without redoing it by hand every time.
stage 04 / 06

Onboarding

does the new customer get off to a good start?

“I close the sale and the customer is left waiting for someone to remember them.”

what I build here
  • Welcome sequenceThe first messages go out on their own the moment the sale closes.
  • Automatic setup in the systemThe new customer enters the ERP without anyone having to type them in twice.
stage 05 / 06

Delivery

do you deliver what you promised?

“I promise deadlines I then can't keep.”

what I build here
  • Custom ERPStock across three levels, FIFO costing, purchasing, suppliers and technical service in a single system.
  • Electronic invoicingTax documents issued from the system, via a provider authorised by the SII.
  • True multi-siteStores and warehouses coordinated, with roles and permissions per user.
  • Deadline trackingThe system warns when a delivery is about to run late, not once it already has.
stage 06 / 06

After-sales

do they come back and recommend you?

“I sell once, and to sell again I have to go out and find customers all over.”

what I build here
  • Review requestsThe system asks for the review at the right moment: right after the service ends and the customer is satisfied.
  • Automatic replies to reviewsEvery review gets a reply, good or bad, without anyone having to watch the phone.
  • Repurchase remindersRenewal or restock reminders based on each customer's real cycle.
  • Satisfaction surveyA measurable figure of how satisfied they were, not an impression.

The reviews this stage generates feed the local positioning of stage 01. The funnel doesn't end: it starts over.

Unblock that stage and all six regain their capacity.

Then the next bottleneck appears, almost always at the following stage. That's why the work doesn't end when the system is delivered: we measure again, locate the constraint again and unblock it again.

method

A visible, verifiable method, from start to finish.

The first three steps happen on the funnel above: that's where we locate the stage that's braking and build the system that unblocks it. Verification and measurement close the work and don't depend on any particular stage. Each step leaves a concrete deliverable: you always know what was done, why, and what's being measured.

Audit

A real picture of the current state: data, not impressions.

on the funnel

Diagnosis

Which of the six stages is braking the rest, and why that one.

on the funnel

Build

The system that unblocks that stage, in weeks and in parts.

on the funnel

Verification

Every figure checked against the source. Nothing made up.

off the funnel

Measurement

Results from real data, not sales estimates.

stack

The tools give it the name. Judgment gives the result.

LandoStack isn't a metaphor: it's the set of top-tier tools I master and direct. None does the work on its own; the value is in how they're orchestrated for your case.

Semrush

Search research and auditing: the industry's reference platform for understanding your market.

Search Console

The measurement that doesn't lie: how Google actually finds your company, straight from the source.

Cursor

The editor where code is written and reviewed, line by line.

Claude Design

Interface prototyping before programming: you see it, correct it, and only then it gets built.

OpenRouter

Access to several models, each for what it does best. None decides alone: everything goes through review.

n8n

Process automation: connects the tools your company already uses, without replacing them.

Supabase

Database and authentication for the custom systems, hosted on the client's account.

GitHub

Full code traceability: every change is recorded, reviewed and reversible.

Vercel

Modern infrastructure: fast, secure sites with no servers to maintain.

Notion

Project documentation and tracking: you see the progress, not just the final result.

And several more depending on what the project needs. The list isn't the value: the judgment to combine them is.

real case

One distributor, two bottlenecks solved.

Full Máquinas SPA, a foodservice equipment distributor in Chile, needed order on both fronts. I built an end-to-end ERP with three-level stock control, FIFO costing and a technical-service module. And I optimized the positioning of its entire catalogue, with each listing verified against the manufacturer's specifications and the results measured in Google Search Console.

447product listings optimized
3levels of stock control
1end-to-end system

With three stores and three warehouses, the real cost of each product depended on when and how it had come in. Now the system runs automatic FIFO costing and we don't have to wait for month-end to know whether we gained or lost on a sale.
